Our return procedure …
  • First, contact Libra Energy Customer Support +31 (0) 88 888 0300. They will be happy to help you if you want to return a product.
after you have discovered defects
  • We understand it’s very annoying that the product just delivered shows a defect. Report this to Libra Energy within 10 working days using the return request form below.
  • If a product is delivered incorrectly or if there is a defect on receipt, Libra Energy will take the product back and take care of collecting the goods. We do not charge for this.
for returning the defective product
  • Before Libra Energy retrieves the product, we want to know what the status of the product is and whether it is still fit for transport. Therefore, we ask you to upload a clear picture of the product you want to return. Include pictures in attachments when submitting the form below.
  • After submitting the return form, the complete details of the product to be returned must be send to Libra Energy within 10 working days. If the data and details are not complete within the specified period, Libra Energy reserves the right to cancel the return.
  • Libra Energy will agree a date with you on which the product will be collected from you. If you don’t have the possibility to be present at agreed time, let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you for the costs of the missed collection transport.

too many or incorrectly ordered products
  • Have you ordered the wrong product or too many products by accident? Returning is always possible. There are a few things you should pay attention to; the product must still be in the undamaged and original packaging and the product has not been used or damaged and you are in possession of the original purchase invoice.
  • You can arrange the return of the product to Libra Energy yourself. For an unstamped shipment, Libra Energy has the option to charge costs for this.
