Problems with an inverter? We will help you.
 

Always annoying when there are problems with an inverter. Libra Energy is happy to help you! How do we do that?

1. Call the Libra Energy After Sales team on +31 (0) 88 888 0320. We really want to know what the problem is;

2. Explain the problem with the inverter. The team will work with you to see what the best solution is;

3. If the inverter needs to be repaired or a device replacement is required, we will ask you to complete and submit the Service Request RMA Form below.

It is important that you complete the questionnaire below as completely as possible. Do not forget to upload the inverter’s serial number and a copy / scan of the proof of purchase. When you log in to your webshop account, the first part is filled in automatically.

OLDER THAN 5 YEARS?

Is the inverter older than 5 years and do you want to submit a warranty claim? Then we need your proof of warranty extension. You can upload this document as a scan at the bottom of the questionnaire.

RESEARCH

After investigation it could be possible that the inverter appears to have no defects, then we are forced to charge investigation and handling costs. The costs for this are € 50 (excl. VAT). If a repair has to take place, the costs for this are at least € 100. Naturally we will first consult with you before we carry out a repair.
