It’s always disappointing when there are problems with an inverter. Libra Energy is happy to help!
How do we do this?

 

1. Call Libra Energy Aftersales team on +31(0)88 888 0320. Let us know what the problem is;
2. Explain what the issue is. The team will decide with you on the best solution;
3. If the inverter needs to be repaired or is need of replacement, then we’ll ask you to fill in and send us the Service Request RMA form below.

It is important that you fill in the questionnaire below as fully as possible. Please don’t forget to upload the series number of the inverter and a copy/scan of your receipt. When you log in to your webshop-account, the first half will be automatically filled in.

Older than five years?

Is the inverter older than 5 years and would you like to make a warranty claim? Then we will need proof of your warranty extension. You can upload this document as a scan at the bottom of the questionnaire.

Inspection

It may be that following an inspection it turns out that the inverter has no defects; in this case, we are obliged to charge an inspection and handling fee of €50 (excl. VAT). If a repair has to be carried out, the costs for this will be a minimum of €100. Of course, we will consult with you before we carry out any repairs.
