Aftersales Service

Should a fault occur, you only need to telephone or e-mail our After Sales Service department and we will help you straight away. You can count on professional assistance to resolve your problem quickly. As we keep our own stock of spare parts we can always provide you with a replacement inverter. We are also the official service centre for almost all inverter brands. Our experienced experts offer field service to support you on site.

How should I report a fault?

  • Identify the product in question and keep the error code to hand. Please first contact our Technical Support department. They will be able to determine quickly whether the device is actually defective. If this is the case, they will forward you to our After Sales Service department.
  • If the device is defective and cannot be repaired by our technical experts following advice over the telephone, please complete a Service Request Form (SRF).
  • After receipt of your SRF form we will forward a unique SRF code and an expected delivery date for a replacement device. Please make sure you enter a correct delivery address


Technical Support

Our Technical Support department is made up of a team of technical experts with years of experience in the PV sector. They are ready to assist you in complex residential projects or commercial projects. These include both existing building as well as new-builds. Our sales engineers can assist you with the following activities:

  • Technical issues concerning a system
  • Technical issues concerning specifications
  • Project calculations
  • Calculating string layout
  • System drawings

Technical training

We can offer you technical training. This will be organised in collaboration with our suppliers. This training offers you the opportinity to further develop your technical knowledge and get to know our latest products.

Marketing Support

Libra Energy offers a wide Market Support and a strong partnership for you. We can support you with materials for trade shows, open days and for your showroom. We also offer options to create personalised brochures and datasheets.

Demo truck

Our demo truck is ideal for open days, local exhibitions and other events.
